Cancellation Policy

Due to the limited nature of these sessions, your time is reserved specifically for you and cannot be held without payment. Rescheduling If you need to reschedule, please notify me at least 48 hours in advance. One reschedule is allowed based on availability. Because these are limited Motherhood Sessions, rescheduling options may be very limited. Cancellations Session fees are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend your scheduled session, your payment may be applied toward a future session at my discretion. Late Arrivals Sessions are scheduled back-to-back. Arriving late will reduce your session time, and sessions cannot be extended to make up for lost time. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your session may be canceled. Arrival & Preparation Please arrive dressed and ready for your session at your scheduled time. Due to the short nature of these sessions, there is little to no time for outfit changes. Image Selection & Delivery Your gallery will be delivered within two weeks of your session. Your session includes [insert number] digital images, with the option to purchase additional images or upgrade to your full gallery. Gallery Expiration Galleries will remain active for 30 days. Please make your selections within that time. A reactivation fee may apply if the gallery expires. Studio Policies These sessions are designed to be simple, relaxed, and connection-focused. I will guide you throughout your session to create natural, beautiful images.
